Terms of Use

01Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of Time Debt, a mobile game published by Mobiverse (“we”, “us”), and related services. By downloading, installing or playing Time Debt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and forms part of how we provide the game.

02Eligibility

You may use Time Debt only if you are able to agree to these Terms under the law that applies to you, or if a parent or legal guardian has agreed to them on your behalf where required. You must also comply with the terms of the app store you downloaded the game from.

03License to use the game

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Time Debt on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

The game is licensed, not sold. Where the Apple Media Services terms or Google Play terms also apply to your download, they apply in addition to these Terms.

04Gameplay and virtual features

Time Debt is a game, and its balance and content may change over time. We do not guarantee that any of the following will remain permanently unchanged:

• specific upgrade values;
• reward values;
• difficulty settings; or
• the availability of advertising or rewarded offers.

In-game currencies, items, upgrades and bonuses (such as TIME) have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and are not your property; they are part of the licensed game experience.

05Advertising

The free version of Time Debt shows advertising provided by Google AdMob. It may display interstitial advertising at appropriate transition points in the game. The frequency of advertising may change over time and is not fixed by these Terms.

Owning the Ad-Free Lifetime entitlement suppresses eligible interstitial advertising. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

06Rewarded advertising

Rewarded ads are optional. You can choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game benefit, or continue playing without it. Reward eligibility:

• may be subject to per-run or other gameplay limits;
• requires the ad to be completed successfully, where applicable; and
• may be unavailable because of network conditions or ad provider availability.

The Ad-Free Lifetime entitlement may allow qualifying benefits without watching an ad, while gameplay limits continue to apply.

07Purchases

• Purchases are made through the applicable platform marketplace (Google Play or the Apple App Store).
• Prices shown in the game are supplied by that marketplace and may include local taxes.
• Payment processing is performed by the store provider. Mobiverse does not receive your full payment card details.
• A “Restore Purchases” option may be available, depending on your platform's capabilities.
• Purchases are tied to the store account used to buy them. We cannot guarantee that an entitlement will transfer between unrelated Google or Apple accounts, or between Android and iOS.

08Ad-Free Lifetime

Ad-Free Lifetime is intended as a one-time, non-consumable purchase and is not a subscription. It suppresses eligible interstitial advertising and may let you receive eligible rewarded benefits without watching an ad. Gameplay limits still apply. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the game as it is made available by us on the relevant store, not to a guarantee that the game will be offered indefinitely.

09Refunds and store rules

Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under its policies, unless applicable law requires otherwise:

• Google Play refund policies
• Request a refund from Apple

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer rights you have under mandatory law.

10Intellectual property

Time Debt, including its code, artwork, audio, text, characters, names and logos, is owned by Mobiverse or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

11Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the game, except as allowed by law;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the game, except where law expressly permits it;
• use cheats, bots, exploits or unauthorized modifications;
• tamper with purchase, entitlement or advertising systems, or generate fraudulent ad impressions or rewards;
• interfere with the game's services or the services of our providers; or
• use the game for any unlawful purpose.

12Service availability

We aim to keep Time Debt available, but we do not guarantee that it, or any feature such as rewarded ads or Remote Config settings, will be available at all times, in every region or on every device. Features that depend on network access or third-party providers may be interrupted.

13Updates and changes

We may update, change or discontinue parts of the game, including its content, balance and features. Some updates may be required to keep playing.

We may also change these Terms. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If you continue to use the game after changes take effect, the updated Terms apply.

14Save data

Your game progress is stored locally on your device; Time Debt currently has no Mobiverse account or cloud save. Local save data may be lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data, experience a device failure or restore an incompatible backup. We are not able to recover lost local progress. Purchased entitlements can usually be restored through the store (see Purchases).

15Third-party services

The game relies on third-party services, including Google AdMob, Google Firebase, Google Play and the Apple App Store. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or for content in advertisements provided by third parties.

16Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Time Debt is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

17Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mobiverse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress or profits, arising from your use of the game.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

18Termination

You may stop using Time Debt at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your license if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (such as Intellectual property, Disclaimer and Limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

19Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. However, the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live are not affected by this choice.
